Cantinery is a gastro bistro / modern canteen from restauranteur, located at the new and fashionable urban oasis of Istanbul, the city complex Zorlu Center. Cem Mirap defines the cuisine as “New Yorker in mind, Istanbulite in its soul”. With an emphasis on fresh and locally sourced ingredients, the menu changes daily, offering seasonality and Turkish farm to table delicacies such as Ottoman strawberries, Turkish Morel mushrooms and Istanbul Fish.
