Cherche Midi is Keith McNally’s newest and also one of his best. The restaurant is located on the corner of Houston and Bowery with interior ambience, cozy French: a multitude of mirrors, floors with mosaic-size tiles, walls with subway tiles, globe lights, red-leather booths. Chefs Daniel Parilla and Shane McBride make prime rib and say  “We wanted to do a very luxurious steak”
