Originally built as a nobleman’s residence in the late 18th century, Palácio Chiado is the new dining destination of Lisbon. The concept of entrepreneur Duarte Cardoso Pinto and brothers Gustavo and António Paulo Duarte, seven restaurants and a bar are in the building to form a thrumming gastronomic emporium set over two floors. The restaurant selection is for all tastes from a traditional charcuterie to healthy eating and even burgers. Start with an aperitif in the ground floor bar, before meandering upstairs for some expertly prepared sushi at Shushic Chiado.
