The first museum exhibition in the United States of the work of Sanja Iveković covers four decades of the artist’s remarkable career. A feminist, activist, and video pioneer, Iveković came of age in the post-1968 period, when artists broke free from mainstream institutional settings, laying the ground for a form of praxis antipodal to official art. Part of the generation known as the Nova Umjetnička Praksa (New Art Practice), Iveković produced works of cross-cultural resonance that range from conceptual photomontages to video and performance.

Red Rooster is located in the heart of Harlem. Chef and owner Marcus Samuelsson serves here comfort food celebrating the roots of American cuisine and the diverse culinary traditions of the neighborhood. In this cheerful place the bar is always packed and sleek the dining room behind  it is decorated with the work of local artists.

The Dutch, located in Soho, is an American joint that serves very good and tasty casual-restaurant food, wine and spirits. Designed by Roman + Williams, its chef is Andrew Carmellini. The restaurant has three main dining areas, all white brick and wood with high ceilings and comfortable seats.The Dutch is an American Restaurant, Bar and Oyster Room inspired by local cafes, country inns, corner taverns, neighborhood bistros, seaside shacks, roadside joints, old school dining halls…

Maialino is Danny Meyer’s neighborhood Roman-style  trattoria overlooking Gramercy Park. Designed by Rockwell Group, Maialino captures the warmth and comfort of a traditional Roman trattoria, re-imagined for present-day New York City. The long, angular space, off the lobby of the Gramercy Park Hotel has a bar area with wooden tables and a menu filled with inviting finger foods like pizza bianca dusted with smoked pancetta.

As in Rome, the kitchen activity can be seen in the dining room itself. In the center of the restaurant is Maialino’s cucina, featuring a salumi, cheese and antipasto station on one side. The dining room is flanked by wine cases that permit a connection into the trattoria and a broad window with a view onto Gramercy Park.The menu draws its inspiration from the classic dishes found throughout the trattorie of Rome.

More bar than restaurant, the John Dory is a casual, seafood-focused spot off the lobby of the Ace Hotel. Designed by Roman and Williams , John Dory has  the lively feel of turn-of-the-century oyster bars. Chef April Bloomfield designs and creates the food, showing a commitment to sustainable seafood throughout the menu. Lobster chowder, oysters or scallops crudo, oyster pan roast are the most tasty ones in the menu.

The 28,000-square-foot full-service Spa at Viceroy Miami designed by Philippe Starck . It has 5,000-square-foot water lounge with a floating library, a reflecting pond, hot and cold plunge pools and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Key Biscayne and 10 spa treatment rooms.

Public conceived by Ian Schrager,is a complete transformation of the Gold Coast’s famed Ambassador East Hotel and its historic Pump Room restaurant. Philippe Starck designed Ciel Spa at SLS as a place of escape where recharging the inner spirit and enhancing physical well-being come from true and spirited innovation. Ciel Spa emphasizes highly intuitive and personalized service in a soothing yet playful setting. Wyckoff Exchange, Brooklyn’s emerging Bushwick neighborhood accommodates a live music and performance venue as well as an organic market and a boutique wine shop. The Wyckoff Exchange is designed by Andre Kikoski Architect, an imaginative, award-winning Manhattan based architecture and design firm. They wanted to create an iconic building to speak to the neighborhood’s emerging future as a center of art and creative energy, so they designed a unique façade that is dramatic, inventive and inspired by the industrial qualities of the neighborhood’s past.  And with cutting-edge technologies and construction techniques, we were able to and transform this 100 foot long, eighteen foot tall and two inch deep façade into a contemporary mural of light and texture

Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, 257 Bowery is Sperone Westwater’s newest gallery location. Prompted by the need for larger and more structurally flexible space, the Foster + Partners design doubles the gallery’s exhibition area and provides a variety of rooms for the gallery’s ambitious and diverse program. The new eight-storey building, designed by Foster + Partners, features a 12 x 20-foot moving room, 13 feet high, which can create either a temporal transition between the gallery’s exhibition floors or an extension to a particular floor’s program.
The design incorporates a double height, 27-foot-tall, exhibition space at street level, with a sky-lit gallery, a mezzanine floor, a sculpture terrace overlooking a park, and private viewing galleries on floors 4 and 5.

1111 Lincoln Road is the mix-use (shopping, dining, residential and parking)  project in Miami’s South Beach consisting of a drive-through bank and office building renovation with a new parking garage designed by  Herzog & de Meuron. With this three-part program for 1111 Lincoln Road, the architects saw possibility in addressing the urbanistic significance of the site, the climate, and the mix of uses. Constructed of concrete and glass each level is filled with natural light.

Frank Gehry”s  latest masterpiece the 76 storey residential tower is located just south of city hall plaza and the brooklyn bridge, consists of a public elementary school, luxury apartments, a space for New York downtown hospital and an underground public car-park.  The building’s structural frame is that of reinforced concrete and is draped with a wrinkled stainless steel facade. The 1.1 million square foot tower, is one of the city’s tallest buildings.

Amangiri is built around the one of the most attractive swimming pools in the world, which embraces a dramatic stone escarpment. The amazing swimming pool is set within a sunken courtyard framed by the Pavilions and rock escarpment. It wraps around the rock to finish with a hot tub that sits at the base of a rock wall. The pool’s lounging terrace features king-sized day beds and sun-loungers. Villa By Barton G. is a boutique luxury hotel, restaurant and event space housed in the former Versace Mansion on Ocean Drive with signature Barton G. style. The Villa, By Barton G. was born as Casa Casuarina in 1930, built by architect, philanthropist, author and political reformer Alden Freeman as an homage to the oldest existing house in the western hemisphere, the “Alcazar de Colon” in Santo Domingo. In 1937, after Freeman’s death, Casa Casuarina was bought by Jacques Amsterdam, who renamed it “The Amsterdam Palace.” Operated as an apartment building, it housed artists attracted by its architectural curiosity. In 1992, Gianni Versace restored, expanded, and embellished its features, adding the south wing, the pool and garden areas.

The Casa became a private club in September 2000. Events impresario/restaurateur Barton G. Weiss took over the mansion in December 2009, imprinting his own signature style on the storied house at 1116 Ocean Drive, reopened The Villa Barton.
