Faena Buenos Aires, Argentina

Blending the city’s storied past with its vibrant present, the Faena is housed in an historic former granary in Buenos Aires’ dynamic waterfront district: Puerto Madero, designed by Philippe Starck. Manchester bricks, with interiors in black marble and red velvet—a heavy and dignified imperial style, at once more grand and more passionate than most of Starck’s earlier, lighter hotel spaces. The Faena is a decadent  wonderland boasting ultra-luxurious suites, a stunning pool, a rejuvenating  spa and Turkish bath, two top notch restaurants and two intimate theatres offering award-winning live shows.
