Kivotos Luxury Boutique Hotel , located on Ornos bay, just a few minutes from Mykonos town. Meant to be a family villa, decorated with objets d’Art and a modern art collection, the concept of Kivotos was inspired by the mythical magic of the first antique.

The hotel’s guestrooms and Suites as well as the one and only Noah’s waterfront Villa are all nestled in a breathtaking landscape, with paths that wind their way down through leafy lush grounds and flower gardens to the freshwater pool and private beach.

Each room and Suite is an artistic creation of genuine antiques and contemporary fragments. At Kivotos you will find two swimming pools for all guests’ use, one with seawater and underwater music as well and three private pools for the exclusive use of the guests who choose to stay at our top VIP Suites or the Villa. In the premises of this luxury boutique property, one can also find a SPA centre offering all different kinds of body and facial treatments as well as a Hammam.Dining & Wining is always a unique experience at the two restaurants and bars of Kivotos.
