Le Quartier Français (the French Quarter) is a small, privately owned hotel situated in the French Huguenot valley of Franschhoek, in the Cape Winelands .  Franschhoek is the gourmet capital of South Africa so is the Le Quartier with world known restaurants Tasting Room and Ici and its chef one of the worlds best, Margot Janse.
