Over in the kitchen, starred chef Massimiliano Quadri mentions the word “contamination”, proposing “a gastronomy dominated by fish and vegetables that’s very much linked to the territory, the lagoon and its products, and by the Venetian tradition reinterpreted in a contemporary light.” A line present throughout the new Quattro Atti tasting menu, but also in the flatware and cutlery, whose colors are reminiscent of the lagoon.
