Built in 1842 for one of Bridgehampton’s most prominent citizens, Topping Rose House stands at a crossroads that has been integral to the community it calls home since the earliest days of American history. owners Bill Campbell and Simon Critchell have been working to restore Topping Rose House to its former glory, while transforming the property into a modern luxury refuge right in the heart of The Hamptons. Acclaimed chef Tom Colicchio not only operates the restaurant but the entire property as well, a first for him.
