Torre Saracena, Capri, Italy

3/06/2010

Torre Saracena is a bathing establishment opened in 1906 on the bay of Marina Piccola.  In its restaurant guests eat on verandas and terraces looking to fabulous views of the sea and the Faraglioni of Capri.
The menus, in which the freshest local fish is always the major protagonist, are created by Chef Domenico Guarracino, who  interprets Capri’s culinary tradition. You should not leave without tasting Guarracino’s legendary pezzogna all’aqua pazza and  his fish soup with scorpion fish and cherry tomatoes. The restaurant is open for lunch from April to October.
